Cards App will be available fro download from Apple’s App Store from October 12th. The app itself is free but the charges will be applied when you send a card to someone.

The function of this tweak is to allow you to directly lower or higher the brightness of your iPhone/iPod touch’s screen without having to go to the Settings.app. Basically, this tweak places two icons on the board of your home screen. So you can directly click them to higher/lower the brightness of your screen. Another function this app gives is that, if you press and hold the brightness up or down icon for 2 seconds, it will take the brightness directly to the top or to the bottom level. Easy functioning, that is what this tweak encourages you to do. The icons can also be moved, but for moving them you will have to hold another icon as touching the brightness icon will adjust the brightness.

But this tweak does has a restriction, it is only applicable on WinterBoard so you will have to download it if you don’t have it. But if you have already installed it then no problem for you.

This tweak is available for free on the repository Modmyi via Cydia.

This useful little tweak will allow you to download videos directly via YouTube. This is a standalone app that will download videos from the YouTube.

The best thing about it is that, it is free, completely free. And the next even better thing is that it offers you decent Facebook and Twitter sharing options. So if you want to share the videos you see/download, it is no problem now to share them on Facebook or Twitter.

This tweak can be found on the BigBoss repo free of charges.

Although two more apps of the same kind are available on the web, YourTube and MxTube but YourTube is not free, so you can get either MxTube or even better MyTube for free if you are not that concerned about downloading videos but still want to download some of them.

As usual, this tweak requires a jailbroken iPhone to be installed on the device. You can jailbreak your device with Redsn0w [iOS 4.3.3 Untethered and iOS 5 Tethered] and then install it after refreshing the sources.

Well, that little hole is filled by the third-party app developers. Apple has also tried improving its multitasking feature, but has not got much good results. Its multitasking bar is still not good enough and lacks some qualities. Apple seems to be planning a better multitasking feature for the iOS 5, but why wait when you can use a tweak to improve the multitasking in your idevice, with the help of “CardSwitcher”. This app allows you to switch between the apps in your iPhone or iPad same as changing tabs in a browser with no difficulty.

Same as in the case of most of the tweaks from Cydia, there is no springboard icon, so you have to access the CardSwitcher from the settings. The author/developer of this app is iKy1e (Kyle Howells). This app is available on the BigBoss repo at a reasonable price of $1.99. But you must have a jailbroken iPhone to get this tweak.

The real sad thing is that this tweak is not available for iPads. So, those waiting for tabbed multitasking feature for an iPad will have to wait for a while. So, keep logged on our site, and we will let you know if you can get this tweak for your iPad.

Currently, the only files that can be attached to an email of your idevice are images or video clips from your stock photo album, or  a very few amount of minor things. This was the condition before, but now you can attach any types of files with the help of this new jailbreak tweak “AnyAttach”.

AnyAttach is compatible with all idevices: iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

Though, with the news of iOS 5 coming up, their might be no need of this app because Apple is rumored to be adding a number of new features.

This small jailbreak tweak, AnyAttach comes at a price of $1.99 at the BigBoss repo. This tweak works by integration into the mail sender. The simple procedure to install this tweak is

• Respring your idevice.
• Now, just tap the paperclip button in your Mail app to add any attachment.

Many tweaks are being developed to make the iOS and Mobile Safari more useful. Such a tweak is BackForwardList. Though it was not possible to see a list of visited sites before, but now it is possible with this new jailbreak tweak. If you have ever used Google Chrome, we can tell you that this almost works like the Google Chrome feature. When you right-click the back or forward button in Chrome, a list appears showing you the sites you have visited. The only difference is that, you have to click and hold the back/forward button in your safari browser to see the list. You can see this in the image displayed below.

HiddenCalllog is a very effective jailbreak tweak, and you can use it quickly without facing any problem.

Using HiddenCallog

• Well, just go to your call history.
• You will see a clear button displayed on the top right corner, click on it.
• A dialogue box will appear with three options: Clear, Refresh and Cancel. Press Refresh.

And wow, you have no call history.

For retrieving your call history, just follow the same steps and press refresh again, you get your call history back.

This is a free jailbreak tweak available on repository BigBoss Repo. Note that you must have a jailbroken iPhone. Now, you have your privacy, but make sure your friend don’t know about this tweak too.

CreatePDF app supports a lot of files ranging from Microsoft Office files (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) to Image files and to photoshop files. However this app works on existing files present on iOS devices. We can not make new PDF files from scratch while using CreatePDF.

Safety Photo+ also allows you to arrange your photos as well as keeping your photos safe. Safety Photo allows you to choose your photos from the camera roll, and protects the uploaded photos with a passcode similar to the iPhone screen lock.

Within the safety, you can arrange your photos to keep your photos organized. We have a screen shot of the Albums of this Safety Photos app.

Their is also an option to print and email photos, or open them in Camera roll or some of the most top rated apps of iPhone, such as Evernote and Camera+. The main thing to be noted is that, their is also an integration option with Facebook and Twitter making it easy and quick to upload your picture.

The passcode lock also two styles, one the traditional keypad lock, while the other is a bank vault style. Both styles have two motifs each, a wood theme and a gun metal gray.

This app is far more concerned in the safety of your photos than the your artistic expressions and looks.  Though this app has direct uploadings from the camera, it is a shame that not much attention has been given to the camera. If you are not much tempted by the creativity of your photos and just want to keep them safe, this app is the one you have been looking for. Just give this app a try.

The uploading of the picture is simple, just choose it from the camera roll and choose the album or create a new album.
