Apple has just released iOS 4.2 GM 2 for iPad only. The Build 8C134b is released to resolve the WiFi issue found during the testing of iOS 4.2 GM 1 on iPad.
If you want to update your iPad to iOS 4.2 GM 2, follow the instructions posted here but use this new build instead of iOS 4.2 GM 1 mentioned in the guide. You will also need iTunes 10.1 that can be download from here.
Though only developers have access to this version, but we are also going to share the download links of iOS 4.2 uploaded on different free File Hosting site.
