At HP’s event in San Francisco, the company revealed its long-awaited tablet “TouchPad“. Tech Analysts are saying that TouchPad is going to be a real competitor of Apple’s current iPad.

When we compare all these tablets, it’s clear Apple’s iPad is lacking a bit in both memory and front facing camera. iPad comes with 256 MB RAM while all others will be having 1GB RAM.

Comparison Between Google Nexus S and iPhone 4

Yesterday Google announced a new mobile Google Nexus S which will come with pre-installed android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Google Nexus S will be sold unlocked and carrier-free after December 16.

This comparison between iPhone 4 and Nexus S covers mainly technical specifications/hardware of both devices. As far as operating system/software is concerned, iPhone 4 runs on iOS 4+ while Google Nexus S will be shipped with Android 3.0.

BlackBerry PlayBook, which was introduced yesterday in Research In Motion’s annual BlackBerry Developer Conference, is a hot new gadget. The analysts say that both PlayBook and Samsung Galaxy Tab will give a tough time to Apple’s iPad.

If we compare the features of these Tabs/Pads, PlayBook looks standing first. But one feature is still under debate and in fact it will decide the fate of PlayBook, i.e., Operating System. PlayBook will be running on BlackBerry Tablet OS developed by QNX which is a new OS for users and I think there won’t be much apps available for this system as well.

It will be injustice if we don’t share this comparison table of Apple’s iPad vs Galaxy Tab vs Dell Streak and vs BlackBerry PlayBoook posted by Engagdet, and in fact we are writing this post only to share this awesome comparison.

Nokia 5228: Nokia Announces another S60 5th Edition Phone

Nokia has just announced a new low-cost mobile phone Nokia 5228 which is based on symbian S60 5th Edition operating system. This phone looks like Nokia 5800 and Nokia 5230 and I don’t see much difference in the design of these phones.

If you compare the specifications of 5230 and 5228, Nokia 5228 does not have GPS. Nokia 5228 is 3.2″ touch screen phone with 2 megapixel camera, 3.5mm audio jack and 33 hours of music playback.

I don’t understand what is the purpose of Nokia in releasing this S60 5th edition phone while the similar phones are already available. It is to be noted Nokia is already working on Symbian^4, and this low-priced phone based on old version of symbian indicates only one thing that Nokia wants to increase its market share with low priced phones.

Motorola has just announced a new phone Motorola Milestone XT720 with 8MP camera, Xenon flash, 10.3mm thick and 3.7″ screen. The main difference between original Motorola Droid / Milestone and Milestone XT720 is physical keyboard which is missing in XT 720 model.
