Tutorial: Use Purplera1n to Jailbreak iPhone 3GS

Although Redsnow has been released by iPhone Dev team which is a popular tool to jailbreak your iPhone 3GS but Purplera1n is also an easy tool. It was giving some issues with Windows vista but now it is resolved.
You can also use Redsnow to jailbreak your iPhone.
How to use it?
- Download Purplera1n and launch it. (for Windows | for Mac).
- Click on “Make it Run” button” and your phone will go in recovery mode. This may take some time.
- Purpera1n will run and it will reboot your iPhone.
- After reboot, go to “Springboard” and press “Freeze” to continue.
- Now click on “Install Cydia”.
- Reboot your iPhone when the Cydia has installed.
- Now you can run cydia from springboard and you can install the necessary applications.
