WeeSlide for Notification is a new tweak available on Cydia Store. It allows you to control Brightness and volume from the notification center. It also has the option to switch on/off the WiFi of the device with single click.
I have used and tested many tweaks and apps which give you quick access to these three frequently used options of the iPhone. But WeeSlide is one of the best jailbreak tweaks when it comes to minimalism and sophistication. It doesn’t occupy any additional space of your notification center which looks still neat and clean even after installing this Widget.
The best part of WeeSlide which I like most is its quickness and one-tap access. In other jailbreak tweaks and even in the original procedure we have to follow few steps to activate/deactivate WiFi, increase and decrease Volume and brightness, but WeeSlide provides you one-tap solution. Simply drag down the notification center and make the required changes. Moreover, it doesn’t lag your notification center at all.
To install WeeSlide from Cydia your iPhone must be jailbroken. If it is not, head over to this post to download Redsn0w and jailbreak your iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod and iPad 1 devices. But in case you own iPhone 4S or iPad 2, you will have to use the latest Absinthe jailbreaking utility.
After you installed WeeSlide, go to Settings > Notifications and tap on WeeSlide. Now turn on the switch and you will see a new bar of controls.
