Today Apple released a new iOS version for Apple TV 2nd generation. iOS 4.2 for ATV 2G brings a new feature “AirPlay for video functionality.
If you have already jailbreaked your Apple TV 2G and want to keep it jailbreaked then don’t update your device to this version.
The existing jailbreak tools for Apple TV 2G don’t seem to be compatible with iOS 4.2. Here is direct download link.
