As predicted in our previous post, Apple has just released iOS 4.3 beta 3 version, wearing the build number 8F5166B. And as always, this beta build is meant for developers only.
Only members enrolled in the iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise program can download this release after signing into Apple Developer Account.
