After announcing iPad 2, Apple has released iTunes 10.2 for both Mac and Windows users. This release is mainly meant to support iOS 4.3 on iPad 2 which will be shipped on March 11.
In addition to iOS 4.3 support, iTunes 10. 2 also brings improvements in Home Sharing.
