Posterous app for android based mobile phones has just been released. You can post photos, videos or a couple of paragraphs directly from your android phone on your blog.
You can also add tags to your posts and share your content on Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and over 20 other social networks. The app is free to download but at this stage it supports only certain android phones.
