Do you want to install the fresh copy of the latest Windows 10 version of your PC? In that case, you’ll have to download the Windows 10 media file, burn it to a DVD, CD or a USB device and then install it on the PC.
Windows XP and Windows Vista users don’t have any other option except to use this media creation tool.

Step 7. After the media has created, attach the USB to the PC and boot it to the USB or DVD media. You may change the settings in the BIOS to select the USB or DVD at the top while booting the computer.
Step 8. Now restart your PC and you’ll see the Install Windows page.
