Today Microsoft has released the final RTM bits of Office 2011 for Mac. It is available to download for those who are members on MSDN and TechNet. Yesterday Microsoft announced the retail availability of Office for Mac 2011 in two flavours:
- Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Student 2011 – Costs: $109 for a single license, $129 for 3
- Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Business 2011 – Costs: $174 for a single license, $239 for 3
So, if you have subscribed to either MSDN or TechNet, you can download Office 2011 free but only Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Business 2011 SKU is available.
