Google has just announced a new feature that will allow users to print an email from any device, OS (operating system), browser or app. All you have to do is to configure your printer with Google Cloud Printing servers and there you go.
Once your printer is connected to Google Cloud Print, you can give the “Print” command from any device and from any app. You can also print pdf and .doc documents using this service.
Initially this service will be available for Windows users only but Mac and Linux support will be added soon.
We’re rolling this feature out in U.S. English over the next few days, so if you don’t see it right away please check back. In the meantime, you can learn more in the Google Cloud Print help center.
To connect your printer to Google Cloud Print, follow the instructions posted here.
