Apple has finally released the new version of Mavericks OS X 10.9.3 for public users. After testing this new version for more than 3 months, the release brings the support for 4K display and also improves the synchronization of contacts and calendars between iOS and Mac devices over USB connection.
The OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 Update is recommended for all Mavericks users. It improves the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac.
This update:
– Improves 4K display support on Mac Pro (Late 2013) and MacBook Pro with 15-inch Retina Display (Late 2013)
– Adds the ability to sync contacts and calendars between a Mac and iOS device using a USB connection
– Improves the reliability of VPN connections using IPsec
– Includes Safari 7.0.3

The update is now available for all existing Mavericks users. Simply launch the Mac App Store and go to Updates tab. After it has finished checking the new updates, you’ll find this release there. Get your Mac updated. But always keep your system backed-up on a third place so that you don’t lose your precious data and you can restore to previous state in case anything goes wrong.
