Snowbreeze 2.3 has just been released by iH8sn0w to jailbreak iOS 4.3 on all idevices except iPad 2. At present jailbreaking iOS 4.3 with Sn0wbreeze 2.3 is tethered meaning you have to connect your device with PC on every reboot to get jailbroken state.
MobileSubstrate is still broken in iOS 4.3 jailbroken device and all those Cydia apps which require MobileSubstrate won’t work.
Last week Apple released iOS 4.3 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices and as you know once you have updated your device to this new version, you can’t restore to previous iOS version.

Today Adobe releases a new software codenamed Wallaby that allows developers and designers to convert the flash based content into HTML5. As you know that iOS based devices i.e., iPhone, iPod and iPad do not support flash content, so with this app developers can actually make their content compatible with Safari and other browsers which can’t run flash content.
