Today iPhone Dev Team releases another beta of Redsn0w 0.9.11b2 to make it compatible with iOS 5.0.1 9A406 for iPhone 4S. There are two iOS 5.0.1 flavors available for iPhone 4S: 9A406 and 9A405. When the first beta version of Redsn0w 0.9.11 was rolled out, it contained the support for only one variant. Now all the users having any variant of iOS 5.0.1 installed on their iPhone 4S can use this latest build to downgrade their devices from iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 5.0.1.
The users who don’t need the downgrade feature of this jailbreak tool and the users who have non-A5 devices (like iPhone 4,iPad 1, iPhone 3GS) can also use Redsn0w 0.9.10b8 version.
Besides the support for 9A406 iOS 5.0.1, there is nothing new in this release.
